Guest Ratings & Reviews
Staying in the Premium King room was out of this world. The layout was very practical but just lacked the open layout and quality finishes compared to other hotels. However, the spotless Deluxe Twin room with all the necessary amenities made for a fantastic stay.
Staying at the Intercontinental Osaka was a delightful experience. The rooms were very comfortable for my family of four after a day of exploring Osaka, boasting a spacious and beautiful design with a stunning view overlooking the Yodo River. The hotel's ambassador status and great location adjoining the Grand Front mall and Osaka Station added to the overall convenience. The service was unbelievably helpful and accommodating at every step, making my stay truly enjoyable. The location was excellent, offering easy access to train stations, shopping centers, and the vibrant atmosphere of central Osaka. The dining experience was splendid, with a diverse menu featuring both Japanese and Western options. I found the Intercontinental to be a very good base for exploring Osaka and beyond, thanks to its proximity to transportation hubs and surrounding attractions.
The hotel is conveniently located near Osaka Station, providing easy access to transportation options and nearby shopping areas. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished, with some unique amenities like the stone tea table and bar corner. The service is exceptionally friendly and helpful, though there were instances of higher-priced quotes. Dining options varied in quality, with some highlights but room for improvement. Overall, a good choice for those wanting a central location with comfortable rooms and great service.
My stay at the Intercontinental was absolutely fantastic. The service was top-notch, especially the bar staff who provided good advice and lovely cocktails. The location was perfect, within walking distance to major shops and dining spots. The dining experience was very good, with a remarkable selection of dishes. Overall, a great base for exploring Osaka and beyond.
Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were beautifully spacious and filled with light, offering a comprehensive breakfast, great afternoon tea, tapas, and a lovely range of drinks in the evening. The location adjacent to Grand Front mall and Osaka station was superb, especially for shopping. However, I found the service to be not as exceptional as other InterContinental locations.
I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The room had a great view with premier fixtures, just like a junior suite. The service was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The location was incredibly convenient near the train station, and the dining experience offered a wide range of delicious options. However, the price was a bit on the higher side.
